As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing the carrier's tracking number.

Using your order number and the email address from the order, you can check the current status below — no customer account required.

Delivery times

• Germany: 2–4 working days
• Austria: 2–4 working days

Can't find your shipment?

Shortly after dispatch it can take a while for the carrier to register the parcel for the first time. If no status appears after that, please email us at office@pfanner.com — please include your order number.
