Shipping to Germany and Austria

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 per order for orders under €50.00. From €50.00 upwards we ship free of charge.

Our products may be returned within 14 days of receipt (see Right of Withdrawal). Food items that have already been opened are excluded.

Returns apply to orders from Germany and Austria. To receive a return label, please contact office@pfanner.com.
