Withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. For partial deliveries the period starts when the final part-delivery arrives.

How it works

1. Fill in the form below — or simply email us at office@pfanner.com.
2. We confirm the withdrawal and issue you a return label.
3. Send the goods back within 14 days. You bear the cost of the return shipment.
4. We refund the amount paid using the same payment method you used.

What cannot be returned?

Food items that have already been opened are excluded from return.
